Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of CMS-based websites and applications.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of CMS solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
• Develop and implement best practices for CMS development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CMS platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CMS development and web technologies.
• Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all CMS solutions.
• Optimize CMS performance and scalability to handle high traffic and large volumes of content.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and agile methodologies.
• Track and manage project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
